1. Return Timeframe
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be in their original condition, unused, and include all original packaging and tags. Returns that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration may not be eligible for a refund.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To begin a return, please contact our support team at orders@mexopo.eu. Include your order number and a brief explanation for the return. Once approved, we will provide instructions for sending your item back.
3. Return Shipping Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or sent in error. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method. Mexopo is not responsible for items lost during transit.
4. Refund Processing
After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5β10 business days. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
5. Issues with Your Order
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue with a replacement or a full refund where appropriate.
